About this box
Ten flower varieties for the first sowings of the new year, chosen with Sophie Valentine of @lookinsidemygarden to go with her winter Grow-along guides. Every packet is one of our new-season designs, and the collection comes with a card carrying a QR code that takes you straight into Sophie's Grow-along, so you can sow each variety alongside her from the windowsill onwards.
The colours run from deep cherry and raspberry through dusky mauve to clean white. Rudbeckia 'Cherry Brandy' and Agastache 'Raspberry Daiquiri' bring the richest colour, Scabiosa 'Beaujolais Bonnets' and Knautia 'Melton Pastels' weave through the gaps, and Cobaea scandens will climb four metres or more in a single summer. Most of these want a slow, warm start under cover in late winter, which is exactly why they suit a guided sowing season.
In the collection:
- Rudbeckia 'Cherry Brandy'
- Strawflower 'Silvery Rose'
- Agastache 'Raspberry Daiquiri'
- Cobaea scandens Purple (cup and saucer vine)
- Scabiosa 'Beaujolais Bonnets'
- Salvia 'Euphoria'
- Salvia 'Purple Fairy Tale'
- Knautia 'Melton Pastels'
- Laurentia 'Avant-Garde Pink' F1
- Malva 'Snow White'
Plus the Winter Grow Club card with its QR code to Sophie's Grow-along, all posted flat in a large letter.
This is a pre-order. Collections are packed and posted in order throughout November 2026, once our new packets arrive at the end of October. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking the day yours goes out.
Ordering anything else at the same time? Other items on the same order will be held and posted together with your collection in November. If you'd like them sooner, please place a separate order for them.
Buying these varieties individually? Every variety here is also sold on its own. Single packets are posted as normal but don't include the collection card or the QR code to Sophie's Grow-along, which comes only with the Winter Seed Collection.
Please note: we reserve the right to change the varieties in the collection if one becomes unavailable or is affected by seasonal changes. If we do, we'll replace it with a similar variety that suits the rest of the collection.
