Soapstone is a soft, natural stone that develops a beautiful patina over time. To keep it in perfect condition:

Cleaning: Once the stone has cooled, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges.

Wax Removal: To remove old wax, let it harden completely. If it’s stubborn, pop the removable dish in the freezer for 10 minutes and the wax will click right out.

Heat Safety: Always place your burner on a heat-resistant coaster or mat to protect your furniture surfaces.

Tealights: Use only standard 4-hour unscented tealights. Do not use 8-hour or "maxi" tealights as these can cause the stone to overheat.

Wax Melts: Place one segment of your favourite Bishy Barnabee botanical melt into the top dish. Do not add water.
