About this scent

A luxury Thai spa, more or less exactly. A sharp clean burst of citrus lemongrass first, then the warming comfortable heat of fresh ginger root immediately behind it.

It works as a mood-changer rather than a background scent, which makes it the right candle for a home office, a morning bathroom or anywhere that needs waking up. The wick is FSC-certified wood rather than cotton, so it crackles gently as it burns. There is a nice balance in that: the fragrance stimulates and the sound settles.

It is also one of the better candles here for clearing lingering cooking smells. Hand-poured in our Norfolk studio using 100% natural soy wax, and available in two sizes.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, draughts and anything that could catch, burn it on a heat-resistant surface, and trim the wooden wick to about 5mm before each light.

The Citrus Cocktail. If you love zesty scents, burn Lemongrass & Ginger in the kitchen and Lime & Basil in the hallway for a house that smells incredibly clean and inviting.

The Day & Night Routine. Use the energising Lemongrass scent to wake up in the morning, and switch to the calming 'Seychelles' scent in the evening to wind down.
