About this scent

The happiest scent we make. Verbena is a world away from the sharp, functional lemon of a cleaning product: it is a herb, and the aroma is smooth, sweet and almost sherbet-like, clean without being clinical.

Light it in the kitchen on a bright morning, in a hallway that needs freshening, or any time the day needs lifting. It is also the obvious thing to burn straight after a deep clean, when the house is tidy and you want it to smell like it. The wick is FSC-certified wood rather than cotton, so it crackles gently as it burns.

Hand-poured in our Norfolk studio using 100% natural soy wax. Available in two sizes.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, draughts and anything that could catch, burn it on a heat-resistant surface, and trim the wooden wick to about 5mm before each light.

The Sophisticated Sister. If you love citrus but want something more complex and peppery for the evening, swap the bright Verbena for the classic Lime Basil.
