About this bunch
A hand-tied bouquet built from whatever is best in the drying barn that week, so no two are the same. The structure comes from seed heads, poppy and nigella mostly, the colour from strawflowers, statice and larkspur, and the softness from grasses like bunny tails and wheat, with goldenrod or achillea tying it together. The palette stays consistent even though the exact contents do not.
Everything in it was grown, cut and dried on the farm at Salle Moor Hall, with no dyes and no preservatives, which is the part most mass-market dried flowers cannot claim. It needs no water and no arranging skill. Put it in a vessel and leave it there for a few years.
Two sizes. The medium is a generous bouquet for a standard vase or a mantelpiece, finishing around 15 to 20cm across. The large carries extra stems for a hallway console, a dining centrepiece or a rustic wedding arrangement, finishing around 25 to 35cm. Both have 40 to 60cm stems that can be trimmed to whatever you are putting them in. If you want a particular species to dominate, say so in a note at checkout and we will do our best with what the season has given us. Expect a year at minimum and usually two or three.
