About this product

Six countryside designs. For deer lovers there's a stag head, a stag shaped from woodland trees inside a frame, and a filigree deer. For horse people there's a filigree horse head, a galloping horse, and an ornate head with a flowing mane.

The stags suit a fence or shed at the wilder, woodland end of a garden. The horse designs fit well beside a stable door, tack room or yard gate, and they make an easy present for anyone who rides. Go for the 750mm size on a big wall, where a smaller piece would look lost.

These are mild steel, supplied raw and designed to rust. Expect a silvery grey finish on arrival and a warm brown patina after a few weeks of weather, with no painting or sealing needed. While the rust forms it can run onto pale surfaces below, so bear that in mind with cream render. They have pre-drilled holes but no fixings, so you can choose the right screws for brick, timber or render. Designed in Norfolk by LV Bespoke and made in Britain.

Care and use

  • Arrives silvery grey and weathers to a warm rust brown within a few weeks outdoors
  • No painting or sealing needed the rust patina is the finish
  • Fix through the pre-drilled holes with exterior-grade screws suited to your wall, fence or shed
  • Use wall plugs in brick or render; the 750mm size weighs around 4.5kg
  • Rust can run onto pale render, stone or paving while it weathers in fit small spacers behind the piece if that matters
  • A clear wax on arrival slows the rusting if you want to keep it grey for longer
