About this product
A tall, tapering steel obelisk with rings for a climber to scramble up, finished with a wildlife topper. Choose a dragonfly, bee, butterfly, swallow or ladybird for the top, and a smaller version of the same creature appears on the legs.
At 1350mm tall it's a good size for a clematis, a few sweet peas or a compact climbing rose, in a border or a large pot. The topper sits above the flowers, so even in winter with nothing growing on it the obelisk still earns its place.
It arrives assembled, weighs about 6kg and pushes straight into the ground. The steel is supplied raw, so it will rust to a warm brown within a few weeks, which sits comfortably in a cottage border. If you use it in a pot, choose one heavy enough not to tip in the wind once the climber has filled out. Designed in Norfolk by LV Bespoke and made in Britain.
