Six bird designs: a hummingbird among hibiscus flowers, two love birds inside a leafy ring, birds on a branch, and three owls (one among leaves, one in a tree and one on a branch).
These are at their best among climbers. Fix one to a fence or wall where clematis, honeysuckle or ivy can grow around it, and as the leaves fill in behind the cut-outs the birds start to look as if they're sitting in the planting. The owls also suit a shady corner or a spot by the log pile, and the love birds make a good wedding or anniversary present.
They're cut from mild steel and supplied raw, so they start out silvery grey and weather to a warm rust brown within a few weeks outside. The rust is the finish and needs no painting or sealing, but while it settles it can streak pale render or stone underneath. Each piece has pre-drilled holes; screws aren't included so you can choose fixings to suit your wall. Designed in Norfolk by LV Bespoke and made in Britain.
