Dahlia Pompone is a cheerful, small, ball shaped flower and comes in a mix of beautiful colours. Dahlias make excellent cut flowers and the more you pick the more flowers they will produce.

February–April, sow in trays of moist seed compost. Keep the temperature between 20 and 25 °C to ensure seeds germinate quickly. Once the seedlings appear, cover them lightly with a sprinkle of compost or vermiculite. |
