Candle Size
The holiday season in a jar. Tart fresh cranberry against the zesty sweetness of orange peel, warmed with a hint of cinnamon and a soft floral note underneath so it never tips into pure fruit squash.
This is the one for dark afternoons. It lifts the gloom of a four o'clock winter evening and makes the house feel welcoming the moment someone walks in. The wick is FSC-certified wood rather than cotton, so it crackles gently as it burns. The sound is close enough to a fireplace that it does half the work of one.
It is a hallway and living-room scent more than a bedroom one, and it makes an easy Christmas gift for someone whose taste you do not know well. Hand-poured in our Norfolk studio, and available in two sizes.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, draughts and anything that could catch, burn it on a heat-resistant surface, and trim the wooden wick to about 5mm before each light.
Cranberry & Zesty Orange
The "head notes" provide the first hit: bright, juicy, and instantly refreshing. It’s like the scent of a fresh Christmas garnish.
Cinnamon, Jasmine & Lily
The "heart notes" add a soft floral touch with a warming spice kick, creating a sophisticated middle layer that fills the room as the candle burns.
Sandalwood, Cedar, Musk & Vanilla
The "dry down" is sweet, woody, and grounding—providing the lingering comforting trail that makes a house feel like a home.
The first burn
Light across the full width of the wick and burn for 2–3 hours until the melt pool reaches the glass edges. This prevents tunnelling — the most common cause of wasted wax on the sides of the jar.
Trim before every burn
Ensure the wick is no longer than 3–4mm before re-lighting. Once the wax is cold, pinch or snap off the charred wood. A short, clean wick gives the best crackle and prevents soot.
Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place on a heat-resistant surface, keep away from draughts and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Because of its bright, zesty top notes, this is our top recommendation for hallways. It creates an immediate "burst" of festive cheer as soon as guests step through the door.
