Damson & Rose Botanical Wax Melts
Final stock — this range is retiring
Once sold, our wax melt collection will not be restocked. This is your last chance to take home a little Norfolk warmth.
An overgrown English walled garden, caught in late summer. The juicy tart sweetness of ripe damson plums against the powdery elegance of dark velvet roses.
It is deeper and jammier than the name suggests, and not remotely sweet. That sophistication is what makes it the right melt for the turn out of summer into the golden part of autumn.
These are botanical melts, hand-poured in our Norfolk studio and finished with a scattering of dried botanicals, crushed rose petals among them, that float in the wax pool as it melts.
One cube in the burner and let the tealight do the rest. Each melt gives hours of steady fragrance; lift it out and replace it once the scent starts to fade.
Use a standard 4-hour unscented tealight rather than an 8-hour maxi, which runs too hot for most burners, scorches the wax and burns the fragrance off early. Never leave a lit burner unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and draughts.
Damson Plum, Raspberry, and Lemon
The first hit: juicy, tart, and mouth-watering fruitiness.
Velvet Rose, Jasmine, and Cassis
The heart: a rich, powdery floral that softens and matures the fruit notes.
Patchouli, Musk, and Amber
The lingering trail: warm, earthy, and deeply luxurious.
Natural plant wax
A sustainable soy and rapeseed blend — burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax.
Botanical finish
Each melt is hand-decorated with real dried petals that float beautifully in the wax pool as it melts.
Plastic free
No plastic clamshells. Our melts come in recyclable, eco-friendly packaging — perfect for sustainable gifting.
Use the right tea light
Use a standard 4-hour unscented tea light only. Do not use 8-hour maxi tea lights — they burn too hot and exhaust the fragrance notes too quickly, shortening the life of your melt significantly.
Changing the wax
Once the scent has faded, allow the wax to cool and harden completely. To remove, place your burner dish in the fridge for 10 minutes — the wax should pop right out, ready for a fresh melt.
Safety
Never leave a burning tea light unattended. Keep away from pets, children, and draughts. These melts look and smell delicious — but they are not edible!
Why we love this scent
It is the ultimate "cosy night in" fragrance. It has a beautiful jammy sweetness that isn't too sugary, balanced by the floral elegance of the rose. It creates a truly opulent and relaxing atmosphere in any room.

Wax Tarts
Velvet Rose & Oud Botanical Wax Melts
The Rose Duo. If you love the floral note in Damson & Rose, try the darker, smokier version with Velvet Rose & Oud. It's the sophisticated evening gown to Damson’s garden party dress.

Wax Tarts
Wild Fig & Cassis Botanical Wax Melts
The Fruity Match. Both scents celebrate dark, rich fruits. Use Damson & Rose in the living room and Wild Fig in the hallway for a home that smells like a luxury orchard at dusk.
Handmade in small batches in Norfolk
Every wax melt is poured and finished by hand in our Norfolk workshop using sustainably sourced ingredients. We are truly grateful to everyone who has supported this collection over the years.
