If you want to add height, drama, and structure to a room without using bright colours, Large Dried Poppy Heads are the answer. These are the magnificent seed pods of the giant Papaver somniferum, harvested at their peak size and dried to a beautiful, matte slate-blue/grey finish.
These aren't just dried flowers; they are natural sculptures. Their smooth, rounded shapes and ridged "crowns" create a striking silhouette. They look incredible simply placed in a tall glass bottle or ceramic jug on their own, or used as the structural backbone of a large dried bouquet.

🌿 About these Pods
These are the largest grade of poppy heads we offer. They are grown in the UK and air-dried naturally without dyes or bleaches.
The Rattle: Because they are harvested fully mature, the seeds are often still loose inside. Give them a gentle shake to hear the soothing sound of nature's maraca!

These pods often contain thousands of tiny poppy seeds. While they are generally the edible type (breadseed), we sell these for decoration only. If you use them in arrangements, be aware that seeds may shake out if tipped upside down!
