Corncockle with its straight stems, purplish-pink flowers and silvery-grey foliage used to be a common sight in the wheat fields and along the roadsides. It must have been an idyllic, heartwarming sight to see. This is a happy easy-to-grow cut flower and a favourite of ours. If you keep cutting the flowers, it will keep producing more. Grow it once and you’ll be hooked!
Plant Care Tips
Sow the seeds directly into the soil in September or April.
Grow them close together and through some netting for support.
Or sow into modules, pot on as required and overwinter in an unheated greenhouse or polytunnel

From the moment the cute seed box arrives at your door, until the seedling pop up to say hello...they never disappoint. I've purchased a few different boxes of seeds and know they'll not be my last! Thank you 🐞🌸

I already have baby craspedia seedlings and can't wait to see them grow. I bought a couple of craspedia plants last year and they produce the most lovely yellow pom poms. They look great dotted in three's around the house and I also use them when I make dried wreaths.

This was gifted to my mum for her birthday and she loves it. You've got everything you need for flower pressing, including all instructions.
Nicely packaged and fast delivery

One of our favourites in the range. Balanced subtle tones, good burn time and will definitely buy again. Matt

Quickly dispatched and delivered. Arrived safely. Nicely labelled clearly with instructions on how to sow. Can’t go wrong. Would definitely order from again.

Arrived on Time and loved the packaging. About to sow some seeds and hopefully for some chillies in Summer

Excellent arrived safely beautifully boxed.
Looking forward to sowing these seeds soon.
Many thanks

Top quality seeds and so beautifully presented - I bought them for myself but it was like receiving a gorgeous gift!

Great service, prompt delivery and beautifully packaged. It was for a gift so not tried them but they look lovely.

I am happy to give a 5 star review for Bishy Barnabee’s Cottage Garden Flower and Herb Box.
I loved receiving the beautiful package of seeds, with some dried flowers enclosed and not an ounce of plastic in sight!
All thoughtfully eco friendly wrapped.
The delivery was super quick and I’m working my way through sewing the seeds, on the monthly instructions contained on each packet.
I think any of the seed boxes would make a beautiful gift or why not treat yourself!
I’ll certainly be buying more as I expand my cut flower garden 🌸🐞

Another beautifully presented gift box of seeds delivered quickly and professionally presented. I bought as a gift for a friend who was delighted. I will definitely be back again.

I was so pleased to receive this box of seeds, beautifully presented with a lovely little dried flower to add a special touch, thank you, can’t wait to get started on sowing them .

I can’t rate these seeds highly enough! Germination was super fast and baby plants are lovely and strong. Looking forward to a flower filled 2023 , and will definitely be ordering lots more goodies from Bbcg x
