Cobaea is a fast-growing and vigorous climber with dark green leaves and beautiful purple, bell-shaped flowers  This vine is easy to care for and can be used to create a gorgeous focal point in the garden  

Grow Cobaea against a strong trellis, fence or wall for it to scramble up and over 

It needs full sun and moist but well-drained soil so water regularly in dry weather.

Sow Seeds

Sow undercover Jan-March vertically into pots or trays and keep at 16–18 °C.  Germination can take 3–4 weeks so be patient!  Transplant into pots when they are large enough to handle and grow on.

Plant Out Plant out after the last frosts, likes full sun and well-drained, moist soil 
Flowers July-October
Height & Spread 3m high x 2m wide
