A delightful aquilegia and perfect for a cottage garden border.

Upright and attractive with gorgeous double blooms that open from pale green to pink and fade to white towards the tips of the petals.  The bees adore them, and they make excellent cut flowers too.

Deadhead regularly if you don't want them to self-seed.

Germination can be erratic and slow. Sometimes a period of cold stratification is needed, so it can help to put the seeds in the fridge for a week or so before sowing.

Seed Quantity: 50 Seeds

Type Perennial

Sow Seeds Feb-May undercover and keep at 15-20 degrees in light conditions.  Sow onto the surface of the seed compost and cover with a thin layer of vermiculite.  Germination can be erratic and slow. Sometimes a period of cold stratification is needed before sowing. Transplant seedlings into pots and grow on.
