🔍 Why is this a 'Second'?
These candles burn perfectly and smell incredible, but they might have:
- ❄️ Frosting: Natural white crystal patterns on the wax (common with pure soy wax).
- 📏 Fill Levels: The wax might be slightly higher or lower than our standard.
- 🏷️ Label Issues: A bubble in the sticker or a slightly crooked placement.

🕯️ Usage Guide: Wooden Wick Care
Follow these tips to get the best crackle and burn time from your candle:
🔥 The First Burn:
Light the wick across the whole width. Let it burn for 2-3 hours until the wax melts to the edges. This prevents "tunnelling" and ensures you use all the wax.
✂️ The "Pinch":
Before re-lighting, the wick must be short (3-4mm). Wait for the candle to cool, then simply pinch off the black charred wood with your fingers. This keeps the flame clean and steady.
