This pairs the dramatic, moody allure of the 'Black Ball' cornflower with the gentle, romantic elegance of the 'Lady Mauve' variety. Together, they create a stunning visual duet that can transform any space, from a rambling cottage garden to a sleek, modern border. Beyond their aesthetic appeal, these flowers carry a legacy thousands of years old and possess a practical magic that makes them a joy for any gardener, from the novice to the seasoned expert. They are resilient, self-sufficient, and a powerful magnet for the pollinators that are the lifeblood of a healthy environment.

Do not let the soil dry out.  Grow in poor, well-drained soil and in full sun, and it is advisable to grow through some netting as they are prone to flopping over in high winds without support.
