A beautiful mix of oriental leaves to add texture and taste to your salad bowl.
In this scrumptious mix there are;
Shungiku...aromatic and flavoursome, makes a great addition to salads and pickles.
Mizuna...leafy veg which has a peppery taste.
Pak Choi....to add crunch with its dark green leaves and white stalks.
Wong Bok....tender, sweet-tasting leaves.
Mustard Tatsoi Red.....delicious mild mustard flavour and crunchy texture
Wasabina.....hot, spicy mustard with a Wasabi-like flavour
Plant Care Tips
Sow thinly March-August where they are to crop, 1.5cm deep, directly into prepared soil, which has been wateredEarly sowings may benefit from cloche protection
Seedlings usually appear in 7-14 days.
No further thinning should be necessary.

I already have baby craspedia seedlings and can't wait to see them grow. I bought a couple of craspedia plants last year and they produce the most lovely yellow pom poms. They look great dotted in three's around the house and I also use them when I make dried wreaths.
