    Product Details

    Description

    Probably the most well-known and reliable spring cabbage, producing firm, pointed, well-flavoured hearts on compact plants. Can also be sown or planted closely for delicious 'spring greens' ready to harvest from February.

    Plant Care Tips

    Sow outside from July to August where they are to crop at a depth of around 1cm in rows leaving 3cm between plants
    Alternatively, sow seeds thinly outside from March to May for summer harvesting.
    Make sure the seeds are planted in a well-raked soil which has had compost or well-rotted manure added to it
    Seedlings should start showing within 1-2 weeks.
    When large enough to handle thin to 30-40cm apart for mature plants
