Swiss Chard (Fordhook Giant) seeds

Tasty, spinach-like leaves and stem, the young leaves in particular tender and delicious. This is a vigorous grower with a long harvest period.

Easy to grow as it needs very little attention and can tolerate heat, light frost and poor soil.

Sow Apr- Aug 2.5cm deep directly where they are to grow.

They will tolerate partial shade but prefer full sun. When the seedlings appear, thin to 20cm apart.
