Kale Dwarf Green Curled
Nutritious winter hardy 'curly kale'. Popular and reliable in most soils thoughout the UK. Stands in condition for several months. Very popular and reliable winter hardy 'greens' at a time when fresh, nutritious vegetables can be in short supply. Pick fresh young leaves throughout the winter and spring, older leaves have a stronger flavour.
Kale (Dwarf Green Curled) seeds
- Sow seed thinly in a well-prepared seedbed, 12mm deep in drills 23cm apart
- Transplant when large enough to handle, about 5 weeks from sowing, to 50cm between plants.
- Plant firmly and keep well watered until established.
