The Bird's Eye Baby Chilli is an excellent chilli for those who are just starting out. It is a beautiful plant that has a low profile and may be readily cultivated in a container on a windowsill. Little and beautiful, as well as functional and useful in the kitchen. Our mild chilli does not skimp on flavour, instead giving a flavour that is milder than others with just a hint of fire. It is simple to cultivate in almost any environment and requires little in the way of upkeep. This makes it an excellent choice for individuals who are just beginning their path of cultivating chilies.

The Birds Eye Baby Chilli plant is perfect to grow in a pot for a windowsill or balcony and also can be grown for Bonsai purposes. The plants are bushy and grow to around 40cm high and approx 30cm wide.
Cooking & Eating
With being a very small chilli these are ideal to add a bit of heat to most dishes and freeze well.

I already have baby craspedia seedlings and can't wait to see them grow. I bought a couple of craspedia plants last year and they produce the most lovely yellow pom poms. They look great dotted in three's around the house and I also use them when I make dried wreaths.
