Aji Norteno Chilli is a mildly spicy, delicious variety that originates from Peru's northern coastal valleys. Boasting large pods with thick flesh, this variety is perfect for culinary uses. It has a slightly sweet, fruity taste and is often served as a side to seafood dishes in Peru. The plant can reach large proportions, yet it is easy to cultivate and can be kept at a manageable size through pruning. Additionally, these peppers are ideal for stuffing.

I already have baby craspedia seedlings and can't wait to see them grow. I bought a couple of craspedia plants last year and they produce the most lovely yellow pom poms. They look great dotted in three's around the house and I also use them when I make dried wreaths.
