Bronze Fennel is a lovely plant that can grow quite tall and has foliage that looks like scented ferns and has a gorgeous burnished bronze colour.
The dark foliage in an arrangement looks quite stunning and helps the other flowers and colours in the arrangement stand out more.

Bees and hoverflies are drawn to the little yellow blooms that bloom in big umbels during the summertime. These blossoms are seductive to pollinating insects.
It is very easy for it to produce new plants from its own seeds, so if you do not want any more of them, you should remove the seed heads after the flowers have died.
