Bishy Barnabees Cottage Garden
Foxglove Alba White
Foxgloves always make me think of the illustrations in the Beatrix Potter books especially Jemima Puddleduck!
Tall spires of delicately coloured flowers all buzzing with bees and instantly giving a cottage garden feel to any flower patch. Foxglove Alba is a beauty. Adding height and elegance to any border with its gorgeous white/cream flowers which seem to glow a little as dusk falls.
Foxgloves are biennials which means that the seeds are sown in late spring/early summer to flower the following year.
